11.2 Balances on Termination. Where an account is terminated for reasons attributable to the member's breach of these Terms, bwg688 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account. Where an account is closed at bwg688's initiative without member fault, any undisputed balance will be returned to the member's verified payment method within thirty (30) days.
11.3 By Member. Members may request account closure at any time by contacting bwg688 customer support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining balance will be returned to the member's verified payment method following completion of any pending KYC requirements.
